HighByte creates board of directors, including new independent chair

(From Maine Startups Insider) This Portland-based industrial software startup recently formed a Board of Directors to provide perspective and guidance on the company’s ongoing strategic direction. Matthew Hoffner of Maine Technology Institute (MTI) has joined the board as an observer. MTI participated in the company's $875,000 pre-seed funding round.
