UMaine assistive technology spinout UNAR Labs receives NIH award

(From Mainebiz) UNAR Labs makes visual graphic information more accessible to blind and visually impaired users on digital devices. The company plans to prototype an information access system that will help educational institutions develop accessible learning materials more efficiently. In 2019 MTI provided a $100,000 commercialization support grant to help fund the work.
