Lyman Morse, American Unagi receive grants from Maine Technology Institute

(From Penobscot Bay Pilot) Lyman Morse, in Thomaston, and American Unagi, in Waldoboro, are among 10 businesses receiving grants from MTI. Lyman Morse plans to use the $140,000 award to modernize its workshop, attract new business, and add to its workforce. American Unagi was awarded $175,000 to add processing equipment, increase product options, expand market reach, and add more employment opportunities.
