1st tenant at former East Millinocket mill would use 12,000 tons of wood chips a year

(From Bangor Daily News) Standard Biocarbon signed a 20-year lease with the town of East Millinocket for warehouse space on the former mill site. Earlier this year, the company was awarded $400,000 from MTI to bolster its biochar operations.
