(From Mainebiz) Prapela Inc. is seeking federal regulatory clearance for use of a technology-enabled bassinet pad to treat newborns diagnosed with neonatal opioid withdrawal syndrome. MTI awarded funding to the Biddeford-based startup to help support its breakthrough medical device.
