Gorham-based Microwave Techniques adds German counterpart to its portfolio

(From Mainebiz) MTI portfolio company, Microwave Techniques LLC, recently acquired Valvo Bauelemente GmbH of Hamburg, Germany as part of a new growth phase. The Gorham-based company specializes in high-power microwave solutions and employs over 140 workers across four manufacturing facilities.
